6. Intellectual Property

SOVspy retains ownership of all data, analytics, and insights generated through our service.

"Results" means any share of voice metrics, competitor analyses, visibility scores, dashboards, or other outputs generated specifically for your account.

SOVspy grants you (and you hereby receive) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to download, copy, store, analyze, and otherwise use the Results for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or make the Results available to unaffiliated third parties.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspected illegal activities
• Abusive behavior or misuse of the service
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, account data will be anonymized after fulfilling all legal requirements. Any illegal activities will be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SOVspy provides share of voice monitoring and competitive analysis to the best of our ability, but we make no warranties about the accuracy of these results. We expressly disclaim any liability for:

• Inaccuracies in share of voice data or competitive analysis
• Business decisions made based on our data
• Service interruptions or data availability
• Any consequential damages or losses

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of SOVspy after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
